After nearly six years of playing I am leaving. I contacted Customer Care BEFORE the LeFou challenge about my lost progress and have received NOTHING from them. I made as far as level 55. I have a lot of screen shots of progress, characters, land but this has not gotten me any results for Gameloft (unlike times in the past). Because they have not responded I am going to follow previous players and leave.

Sorry to see you go oneleven. Not sure how much longer I will be playing either if things continue to go downhill. At least I will not be buying anything anymore unless they can change things around.

Not sure if this is too late, but did you check in game? Cc no longer sends emails when a ticket is being worked on, you need to enable push notifications
