I loaded my game and noticed my ID was changed. This has happened several times the past few days but the game always took me to WHERE I was with the old ID.
Today I was NOT sent to a "point-of-progress" as happened previously. ALL my gems, characters, attractions, magic, concessions, and level 55 progress are gone.
I hope I get it back before the Le Fou Tower Challenge begins. I did miss out on getting him the first time.

Sorry to hear you have lost your progress oneleven....have been there. I assume you have not signed up at Discord, if I can be of help by posting your ticket number there, let me know.

Sorry to hear about your connection problems. Having experienced them myself, I can empathize. Posted your conversation # last night. Reading the latest posts on Discord, allot of players are having issues with ID changing. A post by Tasha. one of the mods helping out Amanda, says it can take at least 5 days to get back a response and maybe even longer. Customer Care takes care of all games at GL. They may have overwhelming problems with another game that would take their attention away from all the other games. Sounds like they need more Customer Care people! I have not received a post from Tasha directly related to my post, below is a post from a few days ago. Quote from Tasha: "Make sure to follow up with the Customer Care team to let them know what happened, and send them your new game ID if it has changed. If you still have your old game ID, you will need to send them that as well to see if they are able to restore your previous game data." Another issue many players are having is a prompt stating "unsupported bowser" which is also creating new ID's "For anyone experiencing unsupported browser issues when logging in (resulting in creating a new save file), please be sure to continue following up with Customer Care and provide any additional details that have occurred since your last contact. If it turns out to be a more wide spread and persistent issue, it will take some time for the dev team to be able to take the information and implement an adequate fix" I do hope you get helped before the TC starts.

It has now been 7 days that I have waited for a response from Customer Care. _ I even included my game credits pages that show NO ID after the game loaded. (it happened twice) _ This one from the 12th of November was changed on the 16th then the 19th then the 22nd (which is where I lost ALL my progress) It seems that moving some WINDOWS players from their own "memory islands" has brought GL more problems than the game UNITY they wanted. I have figured that the Tower Challenge is a bust for me BUT I am still hoping to get my game back (gritting my teeth and patiently waiting) SunTiger, I hope your connection issues are fixed.

Sorry to see you have not received any help yet, looks like things are getting worse for you. They really have a mess to fix.

Leggendo gli ultimi post su Discord, molti giocatori hanno problemi con la modifica dell'ID. Un post di Tasha. uno dei mod che aiuta Amanda, dice che possono essere necessari almeno 5 giorni per ricevere una risposta e forse anche più a lungo. L'assistenza clienti si occupa di tutti i giochi in GL. Potrebbero avere problemi enormi con un altro gioco che distoglierebbe la loro attenzione da tutti gli altri giochi. Sembra che abbiano bisogno di più persone nell'Assistenza Clienti! Non ho ricevuto un post da Tasha direttamente correlato al mio post, di seguito è riportato un post di qualche giorno fa. Citazione di Tasha:"Assicurati di contattare il team di assistenza clienti per far loro sapere cosa è successo e invia loro il tuo nuovo ID gioco se è cambiato. Se hai ancora il tuo vecchio ID gioco, dovrai inviare anche quello per vedere se sono in grado di ripristinare i tuoi dati di gioco precedenti." Un altro problema riscontrato da molti giocatori è un messaggio che indica "bowser non supportato" che crea anche nuovi ID "Per chiunque abbia problemi con il browser non supportato durante l'accesso (con conseguente creazione di un nuovo file di salvataggio), assicurati di continuare a contattare l'assistenza clienti e fornisci tutti i dettagli aggiuntivi che si sono verificati dal tuo ultimo contatto. Se si rivela essere un problema più diffuso e persistente,Spero che tu venga aiutato prima dell'inizio del TC. Anche io ho perso i mie progressi il mio id 53792g porco dio
